BUSINESS FACILITIES

Mail left at reception is cleared and posted daily.

A4 size black and white photocopying, printing or faxing services are available.

Wireless internet use is available in all units for guests that have a laptop with wireless capabilities. Data usage vouchers are available for purchase at reception or online at zenbu.net.nz.

Our motel fax number is +64 9 522 1187 for any incoming facsimiles.

GUEST LAUNDRY

Our self-service laundry is situated beside the kitchen, (7am – 10pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 10pm weekends and public holidays). Both, the washing machine and the dryer are coin operated. Washing baskets can be borrowed from reception. Laundry/ washing powder sufficient for one load is available from reception for purchase. An ironing board and a commercial iron are provided in the guest laundry for your use.

DVD PLAYER HIRE

A machine is available from reception for overnight hire if you have your own or rented movies to watch. Please book this service in advance to avoid disappointment.

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

All rooms are serviced daily unless you notify us that you do not require this service. Linen changes will take place approximately every three days for long-term guests.

WAKE UP CALLS

Wake up calls can be arranged for any time of the day by informing reception of your requirements. Alternatively a radio alarm clock is also present in each room.
